Personalised Merchandise

Can I have my name or logo on Golf Shack Vouchers?

Yes, you can put anything you wish on your golf voucher.  If you have a logo we can accept that in JPEG or PNG format and include that too.

You can also choose how much you want to make your voucher in terms of value. 

Can I embroider my name or logo on anything?

Yes, as long as the hoop of the embroidery machine can fit over the area you wish to embroider.  We can do shirts, hats, golf bags, shoe bags, golf towels, aprons, towels, jackets, dressing gowns, blankets… in other words, just about anything!

How long does it take to personalise items?

If we have the item in stock, most jobs will be completed within a week.  For specifically ordered garments, allow two weeks from ordering to delivery, and for non-apparel items, allow three weeks.

Rental

How far in advance do I need to book my trolley or golf clubs?

We recommend in the busy period (March till July) you book as far in advance as possible to ensure you get the clubs or trolley you want.  Outside of those dates, a week is enough, but it does pay to let us know as soon as you can so we can ensure it is ready and waiting in perfect order for you to pick up.

Do you pick up and deliver rentals?

Yes we can do that for a small fee.  Contact us and let us know your requirements and we will give you a price.

Do you offer long stay rates?

We do offer a reduction in rates as the length of rental increases.  If you are renting on behalf of a large group for a long stay, please contact us for a special rate.

Re-Gripping

Which grips do you have in stock?

We have Golf Pride, Lambkin and Winn in stock.

How long does regripping take?

We generally say if you drop them off on Monday they will be ready for pick up on Friday.  However this can be a lot quicker depending on our workload.

Online Sales

If I buy golf balls, training aids or accessories, how long will they take to be delivered?

Generally allow five days for delivery within Portugal.  If it is a specific time we are ordering in for you, then it is dependent on our suppliers delivery standard, but we will usually have the item within a week or ordering, then add five days on for us to deliver to you.  For more information on deliveries and returns, click here.
