For most items, unless specified or personalised products, you can return them for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. The cost of returning the item(s) is at your own cost.

Returned products must be in their original packaging with any labels in a fully reusable condition. The products must not have been used, worn or soiled.

The Golf Shack, Absolute Zero Lda, reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resaleable or if any of the above terms have been breached. The Golf Shack, Absolute Zero Lda is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure the product is well packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds will be processed to the payment method and should appear on your statement within 14 days of the goods being received and accepted back into our stock for resale.

Exchanges

The Golf Shack, Absolute Zero Lda, will offer an exchange on most items, unless specified or personalised, within 28 days of purchase.

The exchanged product will be despatched upon the original product being received and accepted back into our stock for resale.

Faulty Goods

Most products, unless specified or personalised products, are also guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months. Faulty or defective items after 14 days of the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund and will be replaced or exchanged in accordance with the manufacturer´s warranty.

Faulty or defect products through normal use must be returned to The Golf Shack, Absolute Zero Lda, because we have to send them back to the manufacturer for inspection and fault examination. We cannot accept a return of any products damaged as a result of misuse.

After a manufacturer fault is established we will send you a replacement (the product may either be repaired or exchanged). If an identical replacement is not available and the original product cannot be repaired we will offer an alternative product of similar value.
